I’ve been reading and hearing a lot about the awesome benefits of Yoga, experts say this kind of exercise touches the psychological, physiological and the biochemical aspect of those who would engage into it. More than the physical benefits of it, there’s more to Yoga that I really want to try if my schedules would permit – the Yoga Asana. This practice requires intense physical balance, hence, demand nothing but pure focus for you stay in position. In effect you’re being introduced to some higher level of meditation techniques, where you get to mind how you breathe and slowly disengage from your thoughts, which according to experts – a course where you’re now entering the stage of mind calmness.
I’m into this DIY video thingy, but thing with having whining and horse playing children around, the yoga bolsters and mat just come through and through, a reason why I said if my schedules would permit, I know it won’t be long, they’ll be grown up soon.
